Grief taints your joy... You can be happy and the next thing guilt hits you. Why am I happy when my person died? This joy should've been shared with them. Then imagine the pain you feel, you can't share with that one person... Sucks.

Literally me everyday. my dad used to randomly stop at my workplace to chat. he even passed by on his last day before he was hit by a bike while exercising. I always look up expecting to see him smiling and commending me. Then it hits me at once. Terrible feeling. may God comfort us🥲

You really can’t explain this type of pain… yesterday was my late sister’s boyfriend’s birthday and I was cried cos he didn’t get any text or call from her… she’s literally the first person you’d hear from on your birthday. Had to wish him on her behalf
