Disagree with a few points in this videos, 1) the vid insinuates like consulting and banking are end game for MBA students.. both are on average only 2yr jobs. With insanely high ceiling exit ops .. something like ~43% of F500 ceos have MBAs, context only ~1% working Americans have MBAs.. 2) “if you know what you are building with your company you aren’t going to take 2 years off ” a significant amount of major companies did this: DoorDash (Stanford) cloudflare (HBS) warby Parker (Wharton).. most MBA have incubators that drastically push the companies of their students, this is a selling point as to why many people go

Totally agree with this. The only reason to go to MBA is to pivot industry or function. Otherwise, it’s just a waste of money and time.
