offering a top up would mean opening another full can of red bull or just using more straight syrup that would completely change the recipe I am a manager at McDonald's and when customers as for these drinks without ice I explain to them when they get to the window exactly how far up the drink would go and then the understand, the manager was 100 percent correct in this situation

I ordered this drink today, right across the street is a dollar store that sells the same red bull they put in... but when I got it from McDonald's, I got a cup half full of ice and then half a drink. I saw that other video of the drive thru in Calgary, thinking it's because they asked no ice or a one off... but no, I got a half cup of drink and ice... I literally thought to myself, if I had just went to the dollar store it woulda been a full can of red bull and I woulda saved myself $3.50 🤦♀️

We make the drinks the way we are trained too, if you want no ice you get NO ICE!!! Either pay for another can or go down the street to a gas station and buy one… simple
