## 🍫 ألواح التمر بالفستق والشوكولاتة 🌴💚 ### المقادير: **طبقة التمر:** * 12 حبة تمر كبيرة (حوالي 200 غ) * نصف كوب لوز أو جوز * 1 ملعقة كبيرة ممتلئة زبدة فستق **طبقة الفستق:** * ثلثا كوب فستق حلبي * 2 ملعقة كبيرة عسل * قرفة حسب الرغبة **للتغطية:** * 60 غ شوكولاتة * 1 ملعقة صغيرة زيت جوز الهند ### الطريقة: 1. أزيلي نوى التمر. إذا كان التمر قاسيًا، يمكنك نقعه في ماء ساخن لمدة **10 دقائق تقريبًا** ثم استخدامه. 2. ضعي التمر واللوز وزبدة الفستق في محضرة الطعام، واخلطي حتى تتجانس المكونات. 3. بطّني قالبًا مستطيلًا بورق الزبدة، ثم ضعي خليط التمر وافرديه جيدًا باستخدام ظهر ملعقة. 4. ضعي القالب في الثلاجة. 5. لتحضير طبقة الفستق، اخلطي الفستق الحلبي مع العسل والقرفة. 6. وزعي خليط الفستق فوق طبقة التمر، ثم أعيدي القالب إلى الثلاجة. 7. أذيبي الشوكولاتة مع زيت جوز الهند **بحمام مائي**. 8. اسكبي الشوكولاتة فوق طبقة الفستق ووزعيها بالتساوي. 9. بعد أن تتماسك الشوكولاتة، قطّعيها إلى شرائح وقدميها. **بالعافية 🍀** --- ## 🍫 Date, Pistachio & Chocolate Bars 🌴💚 ### Ingredients: **For the date layer:** * 12 large dates (about 200 g) * ½ cup almonds or walnuts * 1 heaped tablespoon pistachio butter **For the pistachio layer:** * ⅔ cup pistachios * 2 tablespoons honey * Cinnamon, optional **For the topping:** * 60 g chocolate * 1 teaspoon coconut oil ### Instructions: 1. Remove the pits from the dates. If the dates are very firm, soak them in hot water for **about 10 minutes** before using. 2. Add the dates, almonds, and pistachio butter to a food processor and blend until well combined. 3. Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper. Add the date mixture and smooth it evenly using the back of a spoon. 4. Place it in the refrigerator. 5. For the pistachio layer, mix the pistachios with the honey and cinnamon. 6. Spread the pistachio mixture evenly over the date layer, then refrigerate again. 7. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil **using a double boiler**. 8. Pour the melted chocolate over the pistachio layer and spread evenly. 9. Once the chocolate has set, slice into bars and serve. **Enjoy! 🍀**
