I find this a bit confusing. In my 39 yrs of life every single sexual partner was not pleasurable and always disappointing. I was mostly left angry of the waste of time and tease. They never lasted! they always had theirs tho. I was married for 13yrs and sacrificed my sexuality as well dealing with my partners incompetence!! I have been celibate for 5 yrs now and I desire connection but dont want to bother with dating or one night stands. seems draining to keep teaching men how to perform.

Hello. This is true. Self pleasure and emotionally safe sex helped me move the trauma of my SA out my body. It’s not fully out of my system yet but yes it helped me heal so so much. Not only that but also being okay with receiving pleasure. I feel safer in my body for the first time in my life
