Try creams that contains benzoyl peroxide 2% or 4% bun not 10% because it will ruin the skin barrier but benzoyl peroxide is so good for oily skin acne

hey if you have oily skin just don't use any oily active on your face like you mentioned in someone's comment that tea tree oil something.... it's your active pimples.. for active pimples use salicylic acid face wash 1x a day and salicylic serum 3x a week... use sunblock non comedogenic
