Ma la scala clinica NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) funziona così: 👉 0 = nessun dolore
👉 1-3 = dolore lieve
👉 4-6 = dolore moderato e limitante
👉 7-9 = dolore severo, molto limitante
👉 10 = il peggior dolore immaginabile Quindi non esiste un evento che valga “10” per tutti. Il dolore è soggettivo e viene influenzato da esperienza, contesto, sensibilità e stato emotivo. La scala serve proprio a trasformare questa percezione personale in un dato che il professionista può utilizzare e confrontare nel tempo. Il parto nel video è quindi un riferimento, non l’unità di misura del dolore. 😅 📩 Se un vecchio trauma continua a condizionare il modo in cui ti muovi, una valutazione può aiutarti a capire cosa sta succedendo.
