Dear Xfinity, how do we get you to tell Assurant that my phone was covered when it was damaged and to stop denying my claim. I already spent HOURS with you on the phone the day before yesterday trying to figure this out. Because Assurant tells me that Xfinity is telling them that I didn't have coverage back in JUNE, yes that's right two months ago. So they tell me call Xfinity and you tell me that's silly you absolutely did have coverage.. I know this because you've been taking my money for it. So you transfer me once again to Assurant because again you have told ME that I was covered...lo and behold Assurant says nope! Xfinity still says no coverage....and round and round we have gone. I have spoke to supervisors that called me because my review was so concerning and assured me the issue was resolved GREAT!! except today Assurant told me once again that Xfinity is telling them no coverage....AT THIS POINT YOU ARE STEALING MY MONEY. I have paid and paid and when I finally need it all I get is the runaround. From Xfinity to Assurant and back and forth over and over and over. WHO CAN OR WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?????? When I say that I HATE Xfinity with every cell in my body please know this is an understated as there are no strong enough words in the English language to accurately describe how much I loathe this company. It's absolutely true when they say that corporations like this treat you like they hate having to go through you to get your money, forget about actually providing the service they take our money for.
