I laugh when I hear young people talk about the coveted “six figure salary”. Unless you’re making like $300,000 a year or more, six figures ain’t shit now. If you have: mortgage, car payments, credit card debt, student loan repayment (if applicable), family to feed you can make $130,000 and still be living paycheck to paycheck

Hold on a second you gotta do some more research, sir. The average size of the home was about 900 to 1100 ft.² and we didn’t require so much amenities. We were happy with doing with Out and what doing with less.
