this is Ukpou soup is a traditional Nigerian soup associated mainly with the Edo people of Edo State, particularly the Benin/Edo culinary tradition., If you're from the Benin/Edo side, you may know Ukpou as one of those traditional soups served with eba, pounded yam, starch (usi), or other swallows..... you'll love it..🥰
