As it says at the end of the video. The most effective skincare is the one you'll (consistently) use. If you hate an SPF with a thick texture and white cast you won't use it. If you don't have the patience to use a dedicated retinol serum, you might find a dual use moisturiser/retinol that you will.

It’s mostly about marketing! Keep it cheap (vanicreme is amazing), use spf everyday and get an effective cheap retinol. That’s it!

Vanicream face wash and moisturizer, azailic acid and/or vitamin c in the morning, tretinoin at night. Add in the la Roche Posay Cicaplast B5 cream or diaper cream on your face overnight a couple of times a week.
