Is it normal if I start to always disagree with my parents in a sense that whatever they are saying I think is wrong(even if I try to understand their side) I will debate with them. But they find it really annoying and say how I'm always on the opposite team.

I do this with all my owns opinions since forever it's not that I don't default to things I think are right but I'll always do a big session of trying to "debunk" myself just to check if its solid and I have been surprised and had to change sides. Then I discovered not everyone does this...

my daughter told me the other day a thing she learned on you tube and I told her it could be fake or not real info it's YouTube you can't trust it. she says to me " I already did the research it's real" she's 9. I looked it up with her and she was right. best choice I ever made is to make my children question everything
