My partner is online and whenever he goes to do something that isn’t talking to me, he always says something like “I’ll be back later” or something. Or sometime will give me rough times. He’s wonderful about accommodating my BPD (and autism) and I work hard in return to regulate myself. He’s helped me a lot in healing.

I wish I understood alone time. If I have a romantic partner, I don’t need it. I hate it. I enjoy it when I’m not in a relationship, though. 😭 And I was never abandoned or neglected so idk.

I ask her to check in every hour. if she needs more then that she communicates that with me before she goes. it helps me so much, and she gets the space she wants 🥰.
