Yeah, but it’s on both sides so that’s a good sign. I say it’s normal for you - normal for everyone is a little different - if it was just one side, I’d say maybe get it checked (even though still wouldn’t be concerned ) but since it’s both sides, you’re good to go :).

The pectoralis major tendon twists as it attaches to the arm bone. The lower fibers go higher up on the bone, and the upper fibers go lower down. This twist creates a folded shape and can form a small groove.

it’s most likely, just normal shape, anatomy, and genetics; but it could also indicate a prior pec tear injury - I would leave it alone unless you have any pain or discomfort
