@scarlett.gomez2025: A woman says she was punished for standing firm in her faith. After nearly five years of faithful work, Arianna Rodriguez claims her Sunday church commitment became a source of conflict at work and ultimately led to her termination. She has now filed a lawsuit alleging religious discrimination and retaliation. In-N-Out says the termination was related to a workplace policy violation—not her faith. The truth matters. As believers, we must stand for religious freedom, pray for justice, and seek the truth in every situation. No matter where you work, never be ashamed of your faith. “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.” — Matthew 10:32 NKJV 🙏 Pray for wisdom. Pray for truth. Pray for courage to stand for Jesus. Comment “STAND FOR CHRIST” if you believe faith should never be silenced. #ScarlettGomezMinistries #FaithOverFear #StandForJesus #ReligiousFreedom #ChristianFaith
Church should always come first and if people can’t understand that we are better off somewhere else. God will bless you with something bigger and better.

The fact that In-N-Out accommodated her religious practice for years makes it difficult for me to view the company as simply hostile to her Christianity. If circumstances later made every Sunday off substantially burdensome, Scripture would encourage a Christian to seek peace, cooperate in finding alternatives, and, if the conflict could not be resolved without violating her conscience, leave graciously and trust God for another job.

That has nothing to do with in and out but your hiring and firing manager. Honestly it’s better to work somewhere your wanted anyways then trying to stay and work for a manager you haven built good repor with. I always get any days I want off etc because I’ve built good report with the manager. I treat the manager like the most important person in the building. Rule of business is find who has the power in the room and become friends with them. Not a source of conflict. Remember blessed are the meek. For they will inherit the land

Being a Christian doesn’t mean you must have every Sunday off from work. Worship and fellowship are important, but there are often multiple services and other opportunities to worship throughout the week. Christians are also taught to respect lawful authority and honor their commitments. If Sunday worship is important to you, request the time off in advance and work with your employer when possible. Walking like Christ means practicing humility, responsibility, and respect—not acting as though your beliefs automatically place you above the rules everyone else is expected to follow.

Catholic mass is held all across the state. 6am, 8am 9:30am 11am, 12:30 5pm mass other parishes hold even more and later masses. No way she got fired for her faith more like for her refusal to praise the lord at a different time. Catholic mass would be obligated Sunday or even Saturday Vigil mass.
