@lisasnowdon05: A little eclipse +new moon ritual 🌑✨ Creating some space to let go of what I no longer want to carry, I’m getting really intentional about what I would like to welcome in next. Paulo santo, sage, candles, a little quite time then pen to paper. I wrote down everything I’m ready to release and burned it- old stories, old patterns, anything that feels heavy or simple doesn’t belong in the next chapter. then I wrote down what I want to call him. How I want to feel. What I want more of. The things I would love to grow, create and experience. There is something quite powerful about actually putting it all down on paper, because sometimes you need to get really clear on what you are living behind… and what you are choosing instead Release.
