I went through the same thing a while ago, and it really affected my confidence. Whenever I felt self-conscious, I couldn’t stop touching my face. My dermatologist told me that our hands carry a lot of bacteria, so I needed to stop doing that. They prescribed medication, suggested I try NYKORA tea tree oil soap, and reminded me to use it consistently when washing my face. One important factor that can possibly be overlooked is the how frequently are you changing your face towels 🤔 Bacteria accumulates on them when you dry your face...You may have to change daily...There are so many factors when dealing with your face and eyes...I 🙏🏽 for you to find that healing routine that allows you to find good health and peace of mind.
