Close the white dough completely around it, then roll the dough out. 4. Sprinkle some chocolate chips over the dough, then cut into 6 triangles, as shown in the video. Add 1 tbsp chocolate spread to each triangle and roll each one up like a croissant. 5. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes, then brush with milk. 6. Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. 7.
