It’s a money grab by the parents. This new trial will ONLY get him life with possibility of parole who knows when. No parent with good intentions would send him back into this trial. He should’ve stuck with his 35 years and most likely out on 17 from good behavior. He could get his college diploma, focus on spirituality and come out okay. But no, his parents want money. Why else would they do this?

I think this also puts his parents in question. If you had to put your child in a special school because he can’t keep his hands to himself and then move him into a new city where they don’t know him and put him in regular school with other kids (that he can’t seem to keep his hands off) why would they put him in that school knowing he was a danger?
