Do not buy this vehicle. Just lease it and I'm telling you it's less than 1/2 the payment she quoted. Another thing is if you need to drive less than 31 miles (EPA estimate although mine says over 40 fully charged), you can drive this in EV only mode so your gas expense can vary. I drive back roads in the early morning to work and with the deer I don't like to speed much so EV is fine. Now if I am going to another location or taking the highway, you can certainly switch it over to Hybrid mode to take advantage of the full power. One more thing these come with Summer tires and you'll need to decide if you want to buy a Winter tire set and swap tires, buy a dedicated Winter set, or not recommended but try to find a 22" (Most of these come with 23s) and put an All Season but that's a bit risky with the performance of this big ol' behemoth! Still, I absolutely adore it. It's not a true M like my wife's X5 M Comp but it's definitely more flashy (for better or worse) since you don't see many on the road.
