I woke up with a toothache, was awake maybe 45 min and was scrolling and ads for dental work started popping up. I hadn't acknowledged my tooth hurt outloud at all, hadn't spoken a word to anyone about anything yet, hadn't looked for any sort of relief yet whether by googling it or getting meds.
