I completely agree ! I miss my dad a lot, but honestly I am grateful for the perspective it gave me. I enjoy being caught in the rain. I don’t think you can say I love you or I miss you too much. I put all my money into travel. Handwritten notes are my favourite things (my dad use to print all my essays out to proof read which annoyed me massively but now I have his scribbles everywhere). I love being able to try new foods, or even find things I dislike. I’ll notice something new on a route I take all daily. I dance down the streets and escalators on my commute. There are lots of joys to be found that I didn’t take the time to pause at before
