TikTok Family: Did you know you might have comments that aren't visible yet? If you've enabled 'Creator Care Mode' or other comment filters (which I highly recommend doing for a positive space!), some comments require your approval before they go live on your videos. Here's how to check and approve them: ➡️ Menu ➡️ Settings ➡️ Comments ➡️ View Restricted Go check it out so you don't miss any engagement! The only comments that appear to your eyes will be ones that TikTok has already said ok to. If they're full of profanity or hatefulness you won't even see it (ty Tiktok). You just go to menu, scroll down to settings and privacy, then comments, and there are all of your controls! Review restricted comments and if it says you have 20 and can only see 3, that means 17 of them were too bad that TikTok isn't even showing you for approval. (kinda scary right?) imagine if you didn't have filters and creator care mode enabled? You can also put in key words that will tell TikTok to flag it if any of those words are present in the comment. I basically put every bad word I knew in that section...lol But I have noticed some of the comments aren't even bad and somehow they got filtered so you want to APPROVE those ASAP. I check this area about 3x per day. You can't respond to someone if you don't see their harmless comment that was flagged and you don't want loyal followers to think you're ignoring them! #ContentCreator #TikTokTips #engagement #comment #socialmedia
