You’re complaining about mortgage interest rates but then you’re still paying higher rates on personal and car loans. It’s normal for the first few years to see most of your money go to interest rather than the actual mortgage payment. However, it’s getting better and still better than paying rent and helping your landlord with their mortgage.

How will the bank make profit ,the trick is to pay down on the principal ,either monthly ,quarterly or yearly and yes a 30years mortgage csn be repaid in 7years ,check your amortisation statement and pay more down on the Principal element of it 😂😂🤣🤣🤣
