The workshop focused on enhancing participants' practical skills in sample processing, microscopy, culture morphology, phenotypic identification, and antifungal susceptibility testing for the effective diagnosis and management of drug resistant fungal infections. The sessions were led by renowned experts Dr. Kausar Jabeen, Dr. Joveria Farooqi, Dr. Afia Zafar, Dr. Altaf Ahmed, Dr. Muhammad Jan Leghari, Dr. Zainab Tufail, Mr. Faheem Naqvi, Mr. Muhammad Usman, Ms. Tooba Raheem, and Dr. Summaiya, who shared their expertise through interactive discussions and hands-on demonstrations.
