As a chronically ill girly that also suffers with depression, I can say that if you are in bed a lot and your hair is in a bun and you aren’t washing or brushing it as much as you should, this happens so easily! Thank you for helping and thank her for sharing 💕

I hope this doesn't come across rude it's a genuine question but how does your hair get that matted just by putting it in a bun was it because she didn't brush it in between times or just because it got tangled and she just kept putting it back up

I was put on some heavy narc0tics after a major surgery. these meds put me in a very deep and dark rabbit hole. for the first time in my life I went several days without brushing my hair during this time. ive long and very thick hair. it was a tangled mess. luckily hot water and heaps of conditioner repaired it. It has never happened since as I got off the meds after 6 weeks. mental health is so real friends🖤
