@theowletblog: Postcards from Penarth, South Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🌞 Just a 15 minute train from Cardiff, you'll find the beautiful little seaside town of Penarth 🌊 It's a peaceful place with a quiet but pretty high street, perfect for a mooch around the shops and a coffee. Head down through Alexandra Park (make sure you stop to admire the views along the way) to the seafront. Penarth Pier is free to walk along and has views over the Bristol Channel to Somerset, as well as cute coffee spots on the pier. There's also a lovely quiet beach, and you can walk all the way back to Cardiff Bay along the coast if you're feeling energetic! I'm soaking up every last drop of sunshine that offers itself up at the moment, knowing that the darker nights and colder days are coming. I usually love all seasons, but this summer has been so magical that I don't want it to end.
