Okay I will tell you exactly price as a contraction if I would give you estimate for bathroom remodeling it would be max 26k. Because the Schluter System you used is one of the most expensive materials. The material you used there alone probably cost at least $700. The plumbing materials must have cost at least $900, possibly more — I’m not completely sure. The insulation materials were probably around $200. The wall tile was $4,000, and the floor tile was $2,000. As for the Sherwin-Williams paint, if you bought Emerald without a contractor account, it’s around $110 per gallon. Assuming you used about 2 gallons for the walls, that’s another $220. So just the materials alone already come to approximately $8,020. And I haven’t even included the spackle, electrical materials, and other miscellaneous materials yet. These are also just rough estimates, so the actual material cost could easily be higher. The price I gave you based on the video included both labor and materials. I’m honestly very curious which company gave you that price.
