@pro.glitch: What people get wrong about an 'AI employee AI employee" is everywhere now — and a popular phrase gets fuzzy fast. Most of the time, what people point at is just a chatbot with a job title. So here's the clean test. Four things. Miss one, and it's a demo, not an employee. 1 — A JOB. Not a do-everything genie you ask random questions. A real employee OWNS one lane, end to end — the inbox, the reports, the follow-ups. A chatbot answers. An employee has a job. 2 — MEMORY. Most AI forgets you the second the chat ends. A real employee remembers your world — your customers, your prices, how you like things done — and your corrections. Tell it once "we never say that to a client," and it holds it forever. It walks in tomorrow knowing what it learned yesterday. 3 — TOOLS. Here's where most quietly fail: they can talk, but they can't DO. They write a beautiful email and hand it back for you to send. That's an intern with no hands. A real one is connected to your actual tools — it doesn't hand you the email, it sends it. It doesn't answer you. It works for you. 4 — A BOUNDARY. A real AI employee is NOT a robot you unleash. It has a line drawn in on purpose: anything with money, anything going to a big client, anything it can't undo — it stops and asks. Small stuff runs all night; the big calls wait for your yes. No boundary isn't an employee — it's a liability. A job it owns. A memory that holds. Tools it can use. A boundary it won't cross. Four for four, you've got a real AI employee. Miss one, and it's got some growing up to do. Want to build one that passes all four, from scratch? I teach exactly that, step by step, in my community. It's all in my profile. #aiemployee #aiautomation #agents #claude
