Allah said.... وأمر أهلك بالصلاة واصطبر عليها.... Compel your family members to observe Salah and be patient on it. If Allah could instruct man to do command his family to observe Salah, respite that Salah is the most cmmemdable act in Islam, therefore, man has right to compel his spouse to dress well. There's more to explain in this school of thought.

I agree with this; Asiya, Fir'aun's wife, didn't follow her husband's claim to be the god. She didn't follow his path but instead followed the God of prophet Musa (ASW), and she would enter Aljanah. In the same vein, if the husband is commanding his wife on the right paths, but she instead chooses to follow her own paths, which include indecent dressing; then the husband would not be answerable for her self-misguidance in the hereafter. Your right as the husband, is just to ensure that you keep on advising her on the righteousness.
