Somebody asks what we charge, and within four minutes another person says ninety nine, Deb changed it in June, ignore anything that says eighty nine, and don't send that conference one-pager because it still has the old onboarding fee on it. That one message contains four separate pieces of knowledge. What's current, who changed it and when, which documents are wrong, and which one is actively dangerous. Your team is brilliant at this.
