thats me right now.. I've been with my job for 5 years now and im ready to retire..its overwhelming for me because the employees I have don't wanna work and the people we hire domt last longer then 2 weeks and then with our attendance policy its hard to get them out..our attendance policy is the first thing that needs to change..10 chances is too much..most company's 3 callouts and your done..not ours..you get 10 plus 3 more after the 10..how do you get rid of someone when they can just call out and get paid for it....

this is true, I quit 1 month ago from a job I loved but mgmt was @ss. I got a new job and I took a small pay cut but the peace I earned is way better. Plus, in 6 months I will be making more than my previous job so I made the right choice.
