I so agree with you!! One gentleman who really scares me regularly tells folks how much money he just made selling puts while he was out to lunch (as if it were a paycheck) without reminding people of the risk of getting assigned. I fear many of his viewers jump right in not knowing the repercussions. I so appreciate the rare times I discover someone like you who I can count on to share and be open and honest. You are among the best content creator about investing. My trading has really improved thanks to you. For the put hedging, I tried the both solutions (with and without selling call), and in one case, I really regretted selling a call, because the ticker went up so crazy and I was obliged to buy back my call and it was very expensive. selling call put a sailing to your gains.
