@abc7chicago: A tree was uprooted during a powerful storm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, August 18, crushing two cars. Footage filmed by Madison Trainor shows the tree sprawled across a residential street, its exposed root system visible and its trunk and branches covering nearby vehicles. Trainor said high winds uprooted the tree, which lifted part of the concrete sidewalk as it fell. The video also shows neighbors surveying the damage, with police and local news crews at the scene. “I was absolutely terrified,” Trainor told Storyful. “I had no idea something like this could happen in my neighborhood.”
