Because finding eyeliner that actually stays put is great… until nighttime comes and suddenly I’m rubbing at my eyes trying to get the thing OFF. 😭 These are pre-soaked cleansing oil pads made to help dissolve makeup, sunscreen + daily buildup, so obviously I needed to see what they could do against waterproof eyeliner. And THIS is exactly the kind of makeup-removal shortcut I want at the end of the day.
