Delivery is also important and that’s where most people fail. If your delivery feel like an attack then the other person is going to obviously be defensive

Lost a friendship due to this. I respectfully raised a specific behaviour. Not only did they respond by defending their entire personhood, which was not in question, but they retaliated by listing everything they thought was wrong with me as a clapback 😂 that time it wasn’t things I dod to them but flaws they have observed I have in general… i saw then that ayikho lenkukhu
