We have now had what like 7 doctors all diagnose Lindsay completely differently. As a juror my head would be spinning. Like if none of these experts can agree on what was actually going on how can we convict her in confidence?

I prefer the testimony from the very professional psychologist who was involved with Jeffrey dahmer’s case than this psychologist Dr Mack who thinks postpartum stops at 4 weeks. Lindsey was lost in the system due to drs and “professionals” like him.

in my opinion, Dr. Mack is not an “expert witness” as he literally said postpartum is only 4 weeks and we, as women/mothers, do not even go to our postpartum appointment until 6 weeks. if i were apart of the jury i would have immediately disregarded anything that came out of his mouth. just another case of why women’s healthcare is so difficult. also he said he saw 10!!!! postpartum patients in a few years, i’d be they have nothing good to say about him either.

The worst part was when Dr. Mack tried to paint her as someone who was resistant to taking meds. That’s a very bold thing to say in medicine and usually comes from a lack of understanding. It implies that a patient was educated about the importance of taking a multiple meds, side effects of them, and still chooses to refuse them for other reasons like sometimes they’ll just say that they don’t want to. In my 5 years as a nurse, I’ve had maybe 2 patients do that. I’m glad that reddington pointed out the difference between having concerns about how a medication would impact them vs being resistant to taking them
