@dhein.pdx: Willamette Falls, Oregon City. The old Blue Heron paper mill has sat vacant since 2011, blocking most of the public view of this waterfall. The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde now own the site and just broke ground on tumwata village, a mix of offices, retail, residential buildings, and a hotel that will look directly out over the falls, plus a riverwalk to finally give people direct access.
