This Florida heat won’t stop me from all the fall baking I have planned 😅🍂 Save these quick & easy pumpkin scones with maple glaze for your next fall baking day — and the best part? They’re ready in just 30 minutes! 🍁😋 Full recipe: 3 cups flour ¼ cup brown sugar 2 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda 1½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice ¾ teaspoon kosher salt 8 tablespoon unsalted butter 2 eggs ⅔ cup pumpkin puree 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Maple Glaze 2 tablespoon unsalted butter ⅓ cup pure maple syrup 1 cup confectioners sugar ¼ teaspoon kosher salt In a big bowl mix all dry ingredients & set aside. In a smaller bowl mix all wet ingredients besides butter & set aside. Cube your cold butter into small cubes and add it into the dry ingredients, mix by hand squishing it, until the butter is broken up into small crumbs and distributed evenly (you can break it up further with a pastry cutter. Make a well in the middle and pour in the wet ingredients, slowly mix into the dry ingredients into the wet until flaky. Then dump the dough onto a lightly floured surface and shaped into a 8 inch circle or square. Cut into 6 or 8 equal pieces. Place onto a baking pan at least 2 inches apart. Brush with milk or heavy cream & bake for 20-25 mins at 400F or until golden brown. While the scones are baking mix together the ingredients for the maple glaze. Once the scones are cooled, drizzle with the maple glaze & enjoy! 😋 #fallbaking #fallrecipes #pumpkinseason #dessertrecipe #EasyRecipe
