DayQuil/nyquil might have something to do with the anti-histamine. Some people have histamine issues including with hormones

Try no sunscreen cause it thick and can clog your pores, maybe only during the day, and try Claritin to help clear up your acne!! It can be as effective as Accutane! You can get a yearly supply at Costco
