nope, apparently in the great usa even a perceived threat makes you the attacker if you defend yourself. I was defending myself against 2 guys, I had no intention of fighting, one was in my face and his tall ass boyfriend (coworker) got out of the truck and I kept telling the short dude to get out of my face, he wouldn't. So I pushed him and then it was a fight ..2v1, but because I did more damage to them than they did me. IM the one who got arrested and charged with battery. I was on my own property and was defending myself. Yet now I got a record all bc I defended mysefly
