hiya kerry i had my stoma reversal 8weeks ago I am having really bad trouble opening my bowel at the moment I am eating normal I wasn't told to eat low fibre or anything I am having really bad heavy sensations in my back passage only little stools I know every one is different do you think i should eat low fibre i do think I've been eating the wrong food i hope you don't mind me asking you i don't know what to do i am just getting over a bad infection I had after my surgery I had to have peg drainer in I've just had it removed. xx

I had my bag for 10 months and it was a relief to get the reversal. but like the first surgery my bowel went to sleep and had to stay until it woke up again, the odd part of waiting for it to wake is the thrill of feeling a fart brewing it sounds course but only people who have been through it will understand the excitement of being able to take control again

how soon could you fly ? i had my surgwey march i hqvent had my pist op yet sept 18 is the appoibtment i want to fly what are the risks

I just got my results from the ct scan and biopsy and it is cancer thanks god didn’t spread to other organs but they found some lymph nodes and want to do more pet scans I am really scared 😭
