I purchased and received my Vanessa pro flat iron per your video! Very excited to receive it. However, I used it and it would hesitate on my hair and leave ridges. My hair was clean and I did use Paul Mitchell hot off the press heat protectant on my hair. Can you provide any recommendations as to why this would’ve happened or what I’ve done wrong?

This video needs to go viral. I see so many people on here that don’t know how to straighten their hair, they don’t section it at all and then grab giant pieces of hair and go over it multiple times all haphazardly. Makes my skin crawl lol
