@realestatewithilda: Y’all… I think I accidentally found Austin’s cutest little hidden apartment community. 😭 Because WHY did I come to tour an apartment and they’re telling me they have CHICKENS?! 🐓 And when they have eggs, they give fresh eggs to the residents. Then they casually tell me, “Oh yeah, we have bees too… and we give our residents fresh honey.” 🍯 EXCUSE ME?! It feels like a little resort-meets-farmers-market tucked away in South Austin. Gardens, fruit trees, a gorgeous pool, cute little community spaces — and the apartments are actually CUTE. I tour apartments all over Austin and I’ve never seen anything quite like this.
