I took my niece, nephew, sisters and 2kids once after a trip to teso life. My son hadn’t finished his ice-cream but since there was no issue from the start we continued to walk around the store. Like I said no issue at all until it was time to pay for their merchandise, cashier was like “so we’re charging you for the ice cream” im like what ice cream? I’m confused cause out of the snack we bought there was no ice cream.. She talking abt the ice-cream your son had, well bc i had denied ever getting their freaking ice cream manager got involved and said she SAW my son grab it from the fridge. Which again NOT TRUE, and to top it off since they asked for a receipt i couldn’t find it but I did show my purchase straight from my bank app. No apology no nothing after proving them wrong. I would enjoy their shop but after that experience it was my last time ever stepping foot in there.

they definitely do this alot. They especially do it if youre not Asian. this has been a thing they do since they opened. Im poc and when I went when they first opened me and my siblings were followed the most and it was hard not to notice especially when we were the only poc people in the store. I went a couple more times thinking it was a one time thing and was sadly very mistaken haven't been there since teso opened.
