At 52 my children’s father an I have been separated for 14 years an i dont even refer to him as BD I refer to him as King of my Children, I am Queen of children. We co parent an co grandparent. We have no problem being around each other, an his gf. I respect him for whom he is too our children an grand children. It makes life so much easier rather than being angry a chaos. It takes so much energy being angry. The respect for each other is mutual.
