Loved the interview, only flaw is dr Sullivan practiced in the 90s during a time where insurance covered 80% of the fee for djs. He has done thousands and now OMFS don’t do as much so the experience for non custom plates are concerning.

If custom plates make an inadequate surgeon adequate, meaning they're easier to install or less likely to cause complications, why would you not just have a good surgeon use custom plates. Best of both worlds no?
