Hey so if you want to keep your rate in case you want to join in the future you can put your membership on pause, I had my membership paused for over a year when I was recovering from an ankle injury and couldn’t workout, they let me keep my 49.99 a month rate too when I unpaused my membership

hi cara, year long worker here! so there’s 2 different cancellation agreements. if you were pre dec 2024 you have to pay 2 months to cancel & you’ll have access for those months. if you’re post dec 2024 you can cancel at any time, before 6 full billing cycles it’s a $99 fee, after it’s completely free. then you just have to sign your document. the only time this can’t be done is 5 days before the end of the month because we have to have time to process the cancellations!
