@kara_marlene: 🔥 REDDINGTON IS NOT PLAYING AROUND WITH THIS CROSS-EXAMINATION. The Commonwealth’s expert, Dr. Avram Mack, was being questioned about his evaluation of Lindsay Clancy for the district attorney’s office. Reddington asked whether part of that evaluation was to investigate the person he was assessing for purposes of forming an opinion about criminal responsibility. Dr. Mack agreed. Then Reddington asked what he meant by “investigate.” And when Mack hesitated, Reddington came back with: “You don’t know what ‘investigate’ means? You want me to explain that to you?” 😳 That was not subtle. The tone shifted FAST. Reddington is clearly trying to make the jury look closely at HOW the Commonwealth’s expert conducted his evaluation, what information he pursued, and whether that investigation was actually thorough enough to support the opinion he just gave them. And after hearing Dr. Resnick give the opposite conclusion earlier today? This is officially becoming a battle over whose evaluation the jury trusts more.
