@premomapp: Does a BBT spike mean you're done tracking for the cycle? Not quite. A temperature rise can suggest ovulation likely happened, but it doesn't tell you what progesterone is doing in the days that follow, and that's where PdG comes in. Testing progesterone (PdG) in urine gives you a trend to watch instead of one isolated result. I scan mine in Premom right alongside my OPK and BBT so I'm not missing part of the picture.
